Our trained sensory expert panel handles two types of testing methodologies.
Discriminative tests
The objective is to identify the difference between two products. This can be done by comparison of the product with the competitors, batch-to-batch comparisons of the same product or comparison of the same product at different stages of maturation.
Descriptive test
This test is used to accomplish a clear description of the product. A sensory profile is formulated and ranked on scale from 0 to 20 points.
